Product Introduction
1. Square hollow brass pipe is used for both architectural and structural purposes.
2. It has very high machinability and a high resistance to corrosion.
3. It is not heat treatable.
4. We can produce according to ASTM, EN, BS, JIS, GB standards and with special customer requirements also.

7. C26000 and C27000 have good flaring and bending properties, drawability and suitable for plating.
Applicable to heat exchanger, curtain rod, sanitary tube, parts for various apparatuses and machinery, antenna rod, etc.
Production Process
1.Raw Material
Raw materials including copper cathodes, zinc, nickel, tin, aluminium will be inspected before production.
2.Melting & Casting
Melting according to the chemical composition requirements relative standard. Vacuum melting and continuous casting technology guarantee high quality of our billets and tubes - free from bubble defects and pin holes which may cause leaks and shorten the useful life of the tubes.
3.Extruding
Quality passed billets will be hot extruded into mother tubes.
4.Cold Drawing & Straightening
Drawn to the your specifications. Keep checking size accuracy and surface quality when drawing to ensure that tolerances and surface quality are good and up to standard and your requirements. Straightness will be up to standard after straightening process.
5.Eddy current testing
Each piece of tube will be eddy-current tested according to standard requirements to make sure that tubes are suitable for heat exchanger application.
6.Cutting
Cutting to the length you need.
7.Bright Annealing
Bright annealing the tubes to the right temper/condition & mechanical properties you need.
8.Packing
Finished tubes will be packed in plywood cases, solid wooden cases, plastic bags as you need.
